The following cancellation policy applies to all training, facilitation and consultancy services for Empower Presentations Ltd.

Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to the booked provision of services date will not be charged.

Cancellations received 5 – 10 business days prior to the provision of service will be invoiced for 100% of the training fee.

As a courtesy (for 5 – 10 business days notice) Empower Presentations Ltd will allow the client to apply 50% of the payment towards a future booking with Empower Presentations Ltd to be booked and provided within one year of the cancellation date.
